About
La Mimosa is a fully detached house (68 m²) with a travertine-paved garden (46 m²) raised above the road. There’s an outdoor shower for cooling off after the beach. Inside: open-plan kitchen, dining and living on the ground floor with a cloakroom and washing machine. Upstairs: two identically outfitted double bedrooms plus a bathroom with an Italian shower. Both bedrooms open onto a 7 m² balcony with views towards Beaulieu-sur-Mer, the hilltop village of Èze and Monaco. Air-conditioning throughout and fast dedicated Wi-Fi.
- Parking in Saint-Jean is generally free outside the marina; spaces are usually available within a minute’s walk.
- Walking distance: 2 bakeries, a small Casino supermarket and other local shops; 4 beaches; sailing club, diving and watersports; amazing coastal walks.
- Excursions within 30–60 minutes include Villefranche-sur-Mer, Èze, Monaco, Nice (MAMAC, Matisse Museum, Cours Saleya market), St-Paul-de-Vence/Fondation Maeght, Antibes, Cannes and the Italian Riviera.
